Ok.... True story.... The Drill Doctor vs. the Drunk. A couple of years ago we were working on our fertilizer floater and needed to drill a bunch of 3/8 holes in stainless steel. We were going thru drill bits constantly, then I went and bought the "Drill Doctor". I can't say that its bad nor great. It took a lot of time to set and grind bits but they did work. Then one of our friends came in directly from the tavern, with a good jag on, and it goes like this. " Give me that sob, stagger stagger grabbed the 4 inch grinder, weave,.........weave some more, placed it between his knees and started grinding, (we were just praying that he didn't get a finger or something taken off),then he started to sharpen the first bit and the rest is history. The more he started to sober up the longer he took but every bit was sharpened to perfection. Drill doctor I believe was almost 70 bucks, a professional with a jag on only cost us a 12 pack. We still chuckle at this every time we have to drill something.
