Abilene Machine advertises a new shift quadrant for 71, 72, and 89 series Magnum that lets you shift from 7th to 3rd reverse and back without going all the way down and back up. Have any of you installed this on one of your Magnums and what do you think of it? I use a Magnum on a loader and this sounds like it might be an improvement for that job.
