Shrimp and crawfish are out of season. Crawfish start in March and shrimp in May. Oysters are in season but are pricy thanks to BP. There are a zillion great places to eat. Hope you like spicy.

Today's Featured Article - Oliver 550 Purchaser Checklist - by Greg Sheppard. Pound for pound the 550 is better than anything I've seen.
