Pretty much everyone is (or should be) on a limited budget (limited by common sense). I ask the info up frt and per email so that I can decide if I am interested or not and tell them in a reply without the tirekicking or life stories. If folks would price things closer to what they are worth or expect to get instead of hoping for a sucker that is in a bind, there wouldn't be a need to haggle. One guy local that was asking a bunch for some stuff that I needed (wanted) ended up letting some go on ebay for a few bucks and hauling the rest off to the scrap yard. Ended up finding better stuff for less than half what he asked for.
