Befor i built my retirement home 3 years ago I made contless trips to examine basements built with ICF s of diffrent brands. I was impresed with the results of most. The THING I found was it took a learning curv and most people that built just one was not experienced enought to do it right. Saw several that had BLOW OUTS or faults. Too much of a vibrator and you have problems or not enough and you have voids. I settled on a basment by SPURIOR WALLS The system uses concrete poured over styrform. I am quite satisfied with the end results as well as the overall cost vrs other methods. You might google Superior walls. Do you home woork that is the answer. Don,t get in a hurray and dollars count bu some times cheapest is not best overall.
