Thanks everyone for the good wishes and the suggestions I enjoy what everyone has to say. I will include some pictures as we begin moving and doing a few improvements. At the moment I have misplaced my camera...great timing. I have been in this game awhile now and we have a mid sized operation. I too am in the boat that this is a buyers market, the fixed interest rates we got are extremely favorable. Yes we went into debt, but I am starting from scratch, so that is the only way this is possible, I could have waited to hobby farm when I retired, but this is the life I want to lead and if I start now I can accomplish my goals with a little sweat and hard work...that is the American Dream.
