Bottom line, you simply can't eat any sugars or carbohydrates-period. Wife ate meat and the approved vegetables, and no sugars or carbs, for 2 years. And hasn't had any symptoms for 5 years. Its tough, but you have to do it. The prescribed drugs don't do any good. Has to be cured by diet. You can't "cut down" on carbs-it will only work if you cut them out completely.
