Even though I wear gloves where possible, my hands do suffer the general abuse of the weather and working in a shop, handling oil, parts cleaner fluid and paint materials. I suffered for years with cracked and sore fingers in the winter time, then I was told about LOTIL, bought from Vermont Country Store. It is the BEST product I have ever used for cracked fingers! I just use once a day - in the evening after a shower, when hands still a little damp (locks in moisture). When cold weather arrives, at the first sign of a cracked finger, I start using Lotil, it works to prevent the cracked fingers. If already cracked and sore Lotil will sooth and heal very quickly! http://www.vermontcountrystore.com/products/beauty/Skin-Body-Care/Moisturize-and-Protect/f54189.html?evar3=search
