I charge a flat fee for drive ways dependin on how long they are per snow storm. I have a flat fee I charge per snow storm on parkin lots as well. Sometimes Ill cut it back a little if we havent had a big heavy snow cause I dont use as much time or fuel, but that really only for a couple of my better customers. As far as the small town I live in here in Indiana the town has there own equipment. Couple backhoes a single axle dump truck with a plow and salt box and a f-450 wit a blade.
