heck if they just took all the money they give to biz and corporations. there would be plenty. locally a company will spend up to 20 mil to build a new place that they need for expansion . the local city is giving almost 6 mil over 8 years. the county is kicking in 4 mil and the state 3 plus job training funds. now that is a pretty good deal for up to 20 mil if you ask me. not counting it is not necessary for the taxpayers to pay their expansion costs. its not like they do not have any capital.
