LAA couldn't have said it better myself! And most of our companies and factories are the same way. Layers of "fat" at the top. No one will question them and the few who do get lied to and layed off or fired. It's gonna change and the ones who predicted 2012 may just be right. Allready started in Egypt. The "FAT" at the top is a cancer and is what's wrong with this country (and others) and our economy. Way too many bennefiting from the way things are. They won't give their false positions up till we all fall.
