Guys, Born in March of 1957, in Austin Texas.I am 53 now... Was in first grade when JFK was killed. 6th grade when men walked on the Moon. 18 yr old and could drink legally. Just graduated from Tarleton State University when Reagan became President in 1980. Was coming home from my PCA Ag loan renewal when the Challenger exploded on take off. Was back here in Central Texas when Columbia came apart on reentry over Texas, Yes, we saw the smoke trail across the Texas Sky!! Today's Featured Article - Third Brush Generators - by Chris Pratt. While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics. I find the whole process sheer mystery. I have picked up and attempted to read every auto and farm electrics book with no improvement in the situation. They all seem to start with a chapter entitled "Theory of Electricity". After a few paragraphs I usually close the book and go back to banging out dents.
