Hey folks,
will be redoing some paddocks to make them foal friendly. Using stock panels now with 5 bars that are close enough together to get a leg caught and broken. No problem for grown horses, but can't risk it with babies.
Looking into the same panels with only 3 rows but consideringbuilding a solid setup because steel prices don't seam to be real bad now and have a place close with free delivery. Have to decide between galvanized or paint ourselves and shape. Given the same material thickness and size (2"), would round or square be stronger? Not sure yet which is cheaper but kinda hoping for the square because I can make it fit nicer and use the scraps easier. Looking at 10' spans.
