No no no. Needs to be an Elmer Fudd hat with a fuzzy ball on top with the ear flaps down. Should be duty free, but the least you should do is have a written reciept,all the info you would see on a car bill of sale, and steam clean or power wash the whole thing, that keeps from speading soil born germs. They are doing a great job stopping terrorists you can barely see with a mircoscope, the ones with a 700 foot container ship are harder... ps, might want to have a proper plate and reg with your trailer, even if you don't need it in your home state.
