My friebd has a 2005 F150 and the hood won't open.You can pull the hood release and the cable moves the latch that you can see through the grill to the end of the stroke. But the hood does not pop up to the safety release.Is therer any way to release the latch from outside the front of the truck. thanks for any help. Ron
