We just returned from Florida last night. Fuel prices on our trip from New York to Orlando last week, mostly I-95, ranged from $3.43 to 3.67 per gallon. Our GMC Terrain averaged 26.3 mpg. I saw the TV report on price gouging in Orlando, and rrlund stated it correctly that the price at the subject station wasn"t posted, and people would just stick the nozzle in without checking the price. Another gimmick is the station will post a low price out front, and in small print "Cash Only", credit price adds 25 cents per gallon. MikeS.
