It sounds like the difference is that the 330 is a two barrel manifold and the 391 is a 4 barrel manifold. It might work.Just look and see whether it looks like it will fit without any gaskets to start with.Also look at the size of the ports.If the ports line up and the gaskets work,it will probably work.It will just be a 2 barrel carburetor instead of a 4 barrel carburetor.You could have it either way on the cars.You could switch a car two barrel manifold for a car 4 barrel manifold.I don't know if you could switch a truck manifold to a car engine,but since that's a truck engine it should work.
