Red, Go for it I had 2wds for years. In 2002, I decided to buy a new tractor and was going to go 2wd. My wife said "you only live once" go for the whole enchilada. So I bought a CaseIH CX-70. It will do more with 70hp than my old 125 hp tractor ( not IH red) could do. I'd say go for a MX series to replace the 1206. But get a turbo, I do regret not having one. I should have bought the CX-80. Good luck! Henry
