Hey Bill. Apple Cider Vinegar. A shot glass twice a day for a few days and then once a day. A magnesium supplement 2 or 3 times a week also helps. I don't know that I have actually had gout, but get pretty stoved up now and then and start hating life. 3 days of vinegar and I get out of bed and move around like a kid, 2 days of magnesium and no more arthritus cramps.
