Larry. Something to try. Wife's receipt. Here it is. 1. Small box=16 oz, elbow macaroni.Bring water to a boil DON"T COOK It TILL IT'S MUSHY!!! 2Run the macaroni under cool water & drain. 3. add 2 hard boiled eggs COOLED and diced. 4.dice a medium sized onion. 5.Dice up the can of Spam (med sized chunks.) 6.Add to the mix-cup of mayo and tablespoon Mustard. 7. Add a pinch of Sugar. 8, REFRIGERATE for 1/2 day Now that's it. makes a meal with Saltine Crackers, glass of cold milk. I love it but it raises my Sugar level up to the moon. A little goes a long way for me. Other wise, it would be SOFT SINGING AND SLOW WALKING. Regards, LOU.
