There was a man near here by the name of Jack Saunders who had a junkyard with about 800 cars and 4 or 500 trucks, nothing newer than 1973. Mostly 50's and 60's stuff. Jack passed away in '97, and his son tried to cary on a few years after that, but it seems he wasn't much into it. Jack's widow finally sold out to a scrapper, and he hauled it all in at about $7 per hundred weight. Shame, as much as a half-million in antique parts sold for about a tenth or less of what it was worth.
