I guess if the PP was simply wet with oil and it did not otherwise look poor... that means that it"s wear surface is flat as glass and the fingers are in good shape... then I"d probably just clean it up with brake cleaner and install a new disc. If it does show wear I"d change it. Aftermarket if necessary. I"d also change the transmission input shaft seals... I think mention was made about the rear main when you did the engine work a year ago...
None of those seals are big dollar items relative to nominal labor rates involved... so think about the dollars and dimes.
