I have had 5 surgeries over the last 20 yrs . plus every other prosedure they could think of . Would always get better for a few yrs. then the pain would come back . I have pain 24/7 now and the docs dont think there is a reson to try another surgery as long as I am up and walking . Cant do things the way I used to but I still get my work done . I am on my 3rd set of teeth from grinding them so much . I hope you have better luck than I have but I come from a long line of bad backs . Do what the doc tells ya to do and NOT DO and learn to work more with your head and not your back . Good luck
