Anything I have is available only as a package with a tow vehicle and operator. Some people I'll do it for free and some its at my regular rate which at todays fuel price is 70.00 an hour and up depending on what it is, my door to my door. If you loan or rent something and there's an accident you are one of the responsible parties in the coming civil suit. I've sat on both sides in a court room where there was a loaned or rented item.
