Tim, those seats are actually the best ride on the jeep. It's really like just floating over the land. Sit in the back and you'll get beat up a bit. I'm going to put some long leafs on her one of these days. Maybe by 2015 by the way my list is shaping up! :wink:
The girls have the jeep figured out and drive it well. No power steering, no power brakes and can shift it well. Although the youngest did move a pretty heavy duty cattle feeder about 3 feet once and the other has found the ditch a few times, but they can drive it! They learned at ages 10 and 12. (Part of the country girl training course!) They're both pretty dang good shots too and took 2 bucks and doe between them this year alone. Sorry, but if you give me a reason to brag, I tend to run with it. :wink:
Mike, this pond is really low due to our drought, but it's not our pond, so we just took enough for dinner and left the rest. We need some rain! My pond is really small and right behind the house but this place is at a friend's and really has some nice scenery. Perfect for just getting away from the house and away from other folks for a bit.
