Also if you look at Jeff's example, at the top left where it says "Look In". You can click on the drop down and choose where your photo is located. You can find and post pictures from my pictures, desktop, your camera SD card etc. For the SD card you find "My Computer" and open it to see the drives listed and in my situation I click on removable disc F, find the correct picture and then open and upload that picture.
You can try try posting your picture and when you click preview your reply if you did it right the picture and message will show up there and then you can post it. If the picture is missing you have to back up and try again because it will not show up in your post.
