Yeah of course you have your rent. And even on owned ground figure you could have gotten that rent from someone else if you didn't farm it. So add another $150 whether its owned ground or rented. Of course thats not a "production" cost per say, but it is there. I rent everything, some from family. So to me the $150 on your owned ground is profit, but has to be accounted for in the sell price.
