Remember the 1st time water got in our house, I was gonna watch the place and mom & dad stayed at a friend's place so dad could get to work early. Normal for the house to be surrounded by water. Looked out the frt door and the water was about 3ft below the entrance of the house. Dosed off and woke up a couple hours later to the dog splashing thru about 3 inches of water on the LR floor. Got 2 and a half feet by morning. Saved everything by putting pallets on edge and stacking stuff on them, Fridge and deepfreeze floated. I caught about 15 propane tanks, 5 boats, and a couple of wood piles that next day out of the river. Ran across a couple folks from the area on facebook, guess it's pretty rough again.
