SEIA I know has excellent BIG white tail racks. Iffin you have most hilly and trees - lease to the PA hunters as the guy I know does and they only have opening day hunting rights go figure.
Other than than that a 40 HP tractor and a 4 row planter will float your boat for 175 acres. Hire a local to put up a three barb fence with five steel and a hedge post between every 5th steel post. Have dozer clear out the old fence and have it ready for the fencer.
