Start at the beginning. Remove the line from the fuel tank to the primer pump to see if the line is clear and free flowing. Do the same up to the fuel filters. Replace the fuel filters . Take the supply line off tbe injection pump. Pump the primer hndle to eliminate the possibility of a bad primer/lift pump.Remove the timing window and look for ground plastic that looks like coffee grounds. If you find any at all, pull the pump and have it rebuilt. Another posibility is the fuel return atop the injectors is plugged with those same coffee grounds.These tips are for starters to check.
