Before wheel assisted Disc's became the norm most every body I knew who farmed with IH M's and H's pulled a 10ft. disc with the M and an 8ft. disc with the H,and most of them were McCormick disc's. That said I think that will still be the norm even tho you are likely to use a wheel lifted disc. My dad pulled a 12' Oliver disc with his 88 and when he got the super 99 he still pulled the same disc if he had to disc with the 99. But that was only my dad's way you understand .
