I used to know this.I can try by memory. The 2 top holes are preasure and return.The 2 bottem go to the steering cylinder.What i did was put the thing in a vice with the holes pointing up and poured in a little oil and turned the shaft.The preasure hole will suck in oil. You can see the oil flow out either side of the bottem holes depending which way you turn.
