Hold your hand over the throat of the carburetor while someone hand cranks the enginie and see if there's good suction on your hand. If you have another tractor with a belt pulley you can use that to turn the pulley on the B. Make sure its out of gear. Make sure its turning the engine CW when view from the front. Pull the rocker cover and check your valves to see if they're all opening and closing. You probably should pull No1 plug near the radiator and bring No1 piston to tdc on the compression stroke then see if both valves on that cylinder are closed and your timing mark is aligned.
