about a year ago we purchased a 59 model ih 460 utility it has always been wired with a positive ground is this correct or has someone hooked it up wrong sometime before we got it? also the serial number has a s y at the end, does andy one know what they stand for i think that it is not charging right now and the lights and wiring are in bad shape hope to get some help
