Trace the oil dip stick/fill tube down to the bottom of the block and the drain plug most likely is right there where the tube goes in to the block. B/S has been using that set up now for well over a decade and all my B/S engines have it there and I have a lot of them as in at least 5 riders and 3 or 4 push mowers
