anyone getting ready to plant this fall in texas or olka?i disced up maybe four acres in western last week and it just turned to dust,no sign of moisture at all.I just put the tractor back in barn.i'm not sure wheather to get ready or just leave the old wheat stubble standing to help control dust,and see if we get any moisture before spring.i dont think theres enough moisture to even sprout wheat here.anybody seen any long term forcasts?
