It has been three months since I joined ny wife in the nursing home. I miss seeing the cattle, my dogs and seeing the every day farm stuff. I enjoy being wih my wife. I had always tried to take care of mysrlf physicallyRegular doctor appointrmentsevery 60 days. Well here is different. Nurses watch you health all of the time. Large medical Doctors clinic and Regional hospital about three blocks away. Most of the residents use these Doctors. The doctors make calls here at the home. The result is excellent healh care. My doctor ask son if I wanted to mak appointments to come to his office.Son answer "Why shoud I load him up when you are going to be at the home?" These nurses really keep an eye on you. Found out I had diabitis I had been to the doctor about a week before I went in. My feet were bothering due yo my gout that I new I had Mention it to nurse she said "The foot doctor will be here tomorrow, since you now have dibetis better have him check it." Had a in grown toe nail. Do not have to look after medicine. they bring it to you. We call the the drug pushers. remeber those shoes you could hardly tie they will tie them. They have therapist to walk you. Ifyou need help it is close by. sure has not improve my typing ability. gitrib
