I have the same problem and iam a diabetic so the problem is escalated.It didnt matter what kind of boots i have bought in the past it just didnt help.It didnt matter if they were pack boots that were for -60.Got a different boot this winter i think they are called "BOGS" ,feet seem pretty good so far but there sure aint much winter here in central Mn.
