A shorter and less traffic way, would be I 74 all the way to cincinnati.Take i 75 to I 471 s to 27 s to AA (rt 9) to I 64.GOes past carter caves. Also more scenic, less traffic on AA, than interstates.Only drawback to this is construction on I 471. Don't come thru cincy after 3 pm, and you will be ok. Also could stop at maysville and see old washington, an early settlement in Ky, with many origional log cabins on site. The visitor cener is a cabin and was occupied til 1950's. Also could drop down to augusta,ky off AA down 19, tour the town, and cross the ferry to ohio. THen go down 52 to portsmth and cross back into ky, and continue to I64.52 is very scenic and lightly traveled. Can you tell i prefer not to drive on the interstates? MARK
