Scam. We had a family that pulled that down here. Said they were out of gas in Fairfield 30 miles up the road. Until cops told them to move on. Car started right up. Then they pulled the same thing in Buffalo. 15 miles up. Cops again told them to move on. Then in my town. Working there way to Houston I guess
