Not in this part of NE Ohio we ain"t. I live between Canfield and Salem and we have not had prolonged rain since last spring. My pond is completely dry and Berlin lake is as low as I have ever seen it. I watch the radar and pray for rain everytime it is predicted to come and it always goes 5-20 miles to the north or south of us. Even the remnants from the hurricane totally missed us. I have what is left of the fish and tadpoles in trashcans waiting for the pond to get replenished. That was fun scooping them out of the swamp muck.
