Go ahead and fix the steering. That isn't very expensive and will add enough value to offset the cost I think. I rebuil the engine on my N last spring. With most of the labor being done by me I still have almost 1500 into the engine. I rather doubt that you can recoup that cost. Check and see if it has the alumumin hood. That really adds value.
