That is a nice looking plow of "average" weight..heavier than the plows made for the 8N/9N but not as heavy as the ones made with the heavy box-beam..
Do put the needed new pieces on AND clean the moldboards and cover-boards up before you attempt to use it..(then, KEEP it from re-rusting).
An Angle-Grinder with a Thin "Cut-off" wheel is your friend, for this job.. Hold it at about a 30 degree angle and it will only remove the rusty surface and not even scratch the steel..! Use a Mask and safety glasses...
