Billy, I saw where you had said this in a previous post, and I can relate. If there is any choice, I will never go to the Temple VA again. Every time I had to go there, it was some kind of nightmare. Nothing but problems, mixups, losing things, but what really got me was the attitude of the workers there from top to bottom. They could care less, and actually seem kind of proud of the fact. I had an MRI done there about three years ago, and I guess it is still missing. But losing your medical records, they kind of went the extra mile for you. Last summer I transferred back to the South Texas system (Audie Murphy-San Antonio) and dern glad to be back in it. You may be in a location where it isn't practical to transfer somewhere else, but for me, I would drive many a mile to keep from having to ever set foot in the Temple VA again.
