I ordered parts by my local AGCO dealer(250 ml away) nearly 5 weeks ago.
Last week monday i finally got them,...but some of them the wrong parts, phoned the parts department right away, got to talk with the manager and explained the situation. Manager phones back an hour later to tell me the right parts are rush ordered(couple days) and they will run them over to me as soon as they get them.
That was last monday.
This morning i phone..Me...where are my parts?,..parts girl(only girls there in the P department). Girl,..let me check,,.... the parts were send out to us.. ehh..last friday,...should be here at the end of the week. Me...are they gonna bring them over right away? Girl,..ah no ..probably next monday with greyhound bus... not sure. Me,...What happened to rush order?
Girl...they were not on rush order!!
Me...thank your %$*&^ manager for lying to me..twice!!. :x
Unreall!, it used to be parts ordered where often delivered overnight,..i'm already waiting 5 weeks!!! and still no have :roll:
