I need help on my newly acquired Farmall A with a super C motor. The back wheels are stuck. I brought the tractor home, had my son to hook up and pull me (sitting) on the Farmall off of the trailer. "she no go" as my son pulled I sat still and he was pulling me, my trailer and truck (hooked up). Finally we got it off of the trailer, started pulling the tractor around. Slowly the wheels began to move a little (transmission in neutral, clutch pedal held down). It appeared that one wheel was trying to go one way and the other wheel go the opposite way. After about 30 minutes the wheels loosened up quite a bit, but not completely. I got tired, wore out and asked my son to come back later and we'd try it again in a day or two. I have no idea what is wrong so I'm depending on your expertise here. ALL OPINIONS AND INFORMATION IS APPRECIATED. By the way the brake pedals don't act quite right, they just move a tiny bit. Thanks to all in advance! walt

The colony remained far from self-supporting and it was not until the early 1800's that things started to improve.
