I average five a day on my land line. They have got crafty and use a local area code  One tip I read is to never answer a call that list a city on caller ID that alone has cut my time answering the phone.
Google is the worst of the bunch I get lots of calls from them wanting me to advertise. I did get lucky a year are so back and got a Indian trying to sell me cable telephone service. Up till then Cable would not run a line to my shop I called the cable folks and said a Indian said he could get the deal done. Charter sent a rep out that day and sealed the deal the rep said he did not know how those Indians got it done but they do so Charter would also.
It cost charter $8K to run the service and I don't doubt it, how they are ever going to get there money back I dunno I want live long enoufh for them to make a profit off my service.
BTW cable is haft what the local telephone co. charges.
