All of a sudden am getting a bunch of unwanted telemarketer calls on my cell phone. That number has been on the do-not-call list from the get go, and updated regularly. Thought cell numbers were not published, and not supposed to be called as well. Are cells fair game now? Did they drop the do-not-call program?
I have been listing the numbers in my phone's directory, and blocking the calls on an individual basis, but that's getting tedious, and they have whole blocks of numbers.
Anyone else seen a uptick in these nuisance calls lately?
