About three weeks ago, I ask for help getting the Pertronix ignition to work. After I got the stiches out my left eye, I finally figured it out with the help of the suggestions obtained on this board and the advice of the Pertronics technician. The primary of the ignition coil was shorted, it shud have three ohms. The dealer traded me a new 40,000 coil that measured exactly three Ohms. All is well with the 4230 and after seven operations on my lower eyelid for cancer, I can see with two eyes. THANKS.
