A nephew of mine was selling insurance for an insurance agency that represents a national carrier. He quit last month. The owner of the agency is slowing down and hired a sister to manage the agency. The sister was urging the agents to do illegal things to get/keep customers!
An agency is as good or bad as it's owners. Really bad for you if you think something is covered when it's not because the agent lied to get your business.
